Christopher worked at Morgan Stanley from 1996 until 2003. After studying for an MBA at London Business School he joined Saxon Financial. Later, he became Chief Executive of Jermyn Capital Partners, then Head of Investment Banking at First International Group where he focused on African and Indian corporate finance, advisory and capital markets work.
James worked at Lazard from 1982 to 1998 (as a main Board Director from 1995) when he left to establish IAP. While at Lazard, from 1993 to 1995 he was based in New Delhi as President of Lazard's Indian joint venture. At IAP, James has advised global companies on a wide range of cross border transactions into and out of India including acquisitions and disposals, JVs and greenfield projects.
